We use this arranged travel service for a business trip and nothing to object, we worked throughout the journey and as it should always be, the driver only spoke to us to say good morning and say goodbye at the end of it. We really liked that you accepted Bizum as a form of payment.

We were right to pre-contract with them, because in previous trips by taxi, we were not entirely safe since on several occasions we had taxi drivers who had already been in service for more than 14 hours and that later shows in the way of driving. Alejandro told us that when they have a trip, they go directly from the garage to the client's house, that is, they have not been working on the street for hours, to make the transfer in the best safety conditions. As a questionable point, we asked the driver if he could remove the air freshener since for our taste it was something strong ... he did it without problems.
castoaranguren@endesa.es. We have trusted them to pick up our clients at the airport and later transfer to other provinces and there was never a problem. They accept payment by card and they told us that they also admit Bizum. The invoice was sent to us by email within 24 hours since the ticket that came out of the meter was not accepted in the company's accounting.
